These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with The Floof Shop. By placing an order you agree to them.

The Floof Shop sells pet grooming and cleaning products online. You can reach us at thefloofshopco@gmail.com.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free on every order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is processed by Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product photography is representative: colours can vary slightly between screens, and packaging can change. If an item you receive materially differs from its description, it is covered by our return and refund policy.
Using our products safely
Our products are pet grooming and cleaning tools, not veterinary devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Follow the instructions supplied with the item, supervise your pet during grooming, and stop if your pet is distressed or if you are unsure. If your pet has a skin, coat, nail, or health concern, speak to your vet.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our return and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
Your account and conduct
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used them. Please do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, or scrape it.
Our content
The text, images, and branding on this site belong to us or to our suppliers, and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the time you place it.
